Job Title: Family Law Solicitor
Location: Bolton, BL1
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Negotiable, dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate personal commitments, such as childcare, where possible).

The Role

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE) with expertise in Family Law to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Child arrangements and parental disputes
• Financial settlements
You will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice, liaise with clients effectively, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court where necessary.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE) with expertise in Family Law
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook & Word)
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Fluency in Urdu/Hindi is desirable but not a requirement.
